Incorrect or damaged items: We suggest you always inspect your package as soon as it arrives to ensure you received the correct items and that nothing is damaged. If your products are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send you the corrected order/items. All we ask is that you contact us within 48 hours of recieving your order to report the problem.

As we are proud of our products and are sure you'll love them too, we encourage our customers to try before you buy! By purchasing a sample kit, you take the guess work out of what colors work for you etc. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and cosmetic tools, we are unable to accept returns and we do not refund. Due to this, we highly encourage you to take advantage of our FREE SAMPLER KITS before making a purchase - this way you can be sure you are getting the shades and colors you want. 

 When contacting us about an order you placed, please include the "ship to" name, date of order and a very detailed explanation of the issue.
